Analyzing socio-cultural and institutional barriers that hinder gender equality and developing educational materials and content to overcome them is an important strategy for advancing women's rights. The Institute for Sustainable Future Studies develops and publishes contents to improve the quality of life of women in Korea and abroad, and induces social awareness. In particular, it develops digital-based educational materials (e-books, etc.) for women and youth in educational blind spots, contributing to the realization of gender equality in practice. Research and publication are action tools that connect civil society and policy.

Project history by year

In 2023, we developed educational content (e-book) for girls in Kenya to promote women's right to education and empowerment, and for Seoul residents to demonstrate the feasibility of gender equality at the global level. In 2024, we expanded and developed the content, and continued to produce and distribute materials with the aim of realizing women's rights through enhanced access to education.
